Dr. Peter Rider

Dr. Peter Rider has been a member of the West Newton Dental team for 15 years.  He specializes in endodontics - treating injuries, diseases and infections of the tooth pulp.

Dr. Rider received his Specialty in Endodontics in 1977 from The State University of New York and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Tufts University.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Providence College in 1967.    He is an active member of The American Association of Endodontics, The American Dental Society, and The Massachusetts Dental Society.

Dr. Rider’s strengths include a conservative approach and a gentle, reassuring demeanor that puts patients at ease.
